TAIZE AT CONTEMPLATIVE OUTREACH

We have created an "in house" Taize ensemble at the Center for Contemplative Living. This ensemble supports the events sponsored by Contemplative Outreach such as the Annual Conference and the Fall Mini-Retreat as well as responding to other requests from the community. Our Taize group could use some additional accomplished instrumentalists. Instrumentalists can include, but are not limited to, cello, flute, violin, trumpet, clarinet, oboe or English horn to name a few. Singers are needed for all voice parts, especially bass and tenor, and solo opportunities for those wishing to cantor. The group meets, at the center, on the first Monday of every month, at 7:00 p.m. and begins with Centering Prayer. This follows with singing and rehearsal, concluding by 9:00 p.m. beginning October 6th.
