SPIRITUAL READING SERIES |
| This class is the second class in the new Spiritual Reading Series. Spiritual Reading focuses on reading for formation rather than information. The book for the fall will be Judy Cannato's Radical Amazement which was referenced by Abbot Joseph Boyle in his presentation at the Annual Conference last spring. Cannato says, "The discoveries made by science over the last century have changed how we tell the story of creation. . . As the new universe story seeps into our awareness, it challenges us to expand the way we think about and respond to the life around us." The book is included in the class and can be picked up at the Center after September 13, if you want to get a headstart on the reading. | |
