Are you looking for a way to deepen your relationship with God? In our introductory workshop to Centering Prayer, you will learn about a prayer method in which you sit in silence with God, opening yur mind, heart, and whole being tot he Ultimate Mystery - beyond thoughts, word, and emotions. At the workshop you will receive instruction on the prayer, as well as opportunities to practice it. The workshop is a prerequisite to the six-week Basic Centering Prayer, Course I.
