Introduction to Centering Prayer

Learn to do Centering Prayer witha small group. Centering Prayer is defined by Father Thomas Keating: A contemporary form of prayer of the heart, prayer of simplicity, prayer of faith, prayer of simple regard; a method of reducing the obstacles to the gift of contemplative prayer and of facilitating the development of habits conducive to responding to the inspirtation of the Spirit.
Good for review of the practice of Centering Prayer or for learning Centering Prayer for the first time. If you have not attended an Introductory Workshop, we encourage you to come.
