Classes Offered at the |
With the long cold winter finally over, the Center for Contemplative Living will welcome the warmer, sunny days of spring with a variety of fresh, new classes for just about anyone on the spiritual journey.
Whether you're a newcomer or experienced in Centering Prayer, our spring line-up is designed to provide something of interest and inspiration for everyone. The Center offered its Spiritual Journey Series of courses twice over the fall and winter terms. Instead of running the series of six-week classes again this spring, we are taking a different approach. You will find nine new courses, many of which feature newer tapes of talks by Father Thomas Keating. We recognize that spring is a busy time for people, so we are giving you the option of classes that run one, two, three, four, and six weeks. You also have a choice between evening, weekday and Saturday sessions.
"We are trying to offer classes that fit people's schedule and pocketbooks. We hope we have something for everyone on the journey," explained Sister Bernadette Teasdale, coordinator for the Center.
"The Center is about nourishing your spiritual life wherever you are. We want to make it easy for you to 'Come and see,' as Jesus says, and share with a community of others on the spiritual journey."
