If you enjoyed the introductory workshop and want to make Centering Prayer a daily practice, this six-week basic course is the next step. Each week, you will view a video-taped talk on the Spiritual Journey by Fr. Thomas Keating, followed by group discussion. The course will cover such topics as prayer as relationship with God, the four levels of scriptural experience, resting in God, Centering Prayer as method, and progress in Centering Prayer. The Introductory Workshop is a prerequisite. The book, Open Mind, Open Heart, by Father Keating is included. Cost: $80
